About Jodie
Jodie is a wife, mother, and grandmother. She is a certified spiritual director through Kairos University and is a member of the Evangelical Spiritual Directors Association(ESDA) and Spiritual Directors International. Jodie enjoys sitting in conversation with people and helping them notice the activity of God in the everyday, ordinary moments of life. Guiding people into believing that they are truly seen, known and loved by Christ, is one of her greatest passions. This truth isn’t dependent on anything we do or don’t do; we are adored simply because we exist!

A spiritual direction session lasts for about an hour and begins by making space to listen to how the Holy Spirit is present and participating in your life. Each session begins with lighting a candle, which is a visual reminder of God’s presence, and then proceeds into an unhurried conversation about what God is doing in your life. It is a time of purposefully asking questions like, “What does God want me to know?” “What is God inviting me into?” “What do I need from God right now?”
These sessions can be held online, in person, or over the phone. We can schedule a free initial session to find out whether or not we are a good fit for one another. Afterward, there is a sliding scale for sessions that cost between $60-$85 dollars. Those who pay toward the higher end of this scale allow others to pay at the lower end, keeping spiritual direction more affordable. Please let me know if cost is prohibitive.
